State

Custom Software Systems, Inc. (CSS) is a Small Business under the State of Maryland’s Consulting and Technical Services+ (CATS+) contract. The objective of this 15-year Master Contract is to enable the State to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner by issuing task order requests specific to its needs.

CSS currently provides services to the Maryland Department of Information Technology (DoIT) in support of the State’s implementation of an Enterprise Budgeting System (EBS). In addition, we have provided Business Intelligence support to the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) and Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH).
