Shannon Lindauer has been working in the Government Contracting sector since 2004. She has held positions on business development teams at both large and small companies. Her roles have include Capture and Proposal Manager, Account Manager, Pricing Analyst, Solution Architect and Contract Manager. In 2014, she started her own company and held several subcontracts to some fantastic prime companies. Shannon provided senior level proposal and capture consultants to small, disadvantaged, woman-owned and veteran-owned businesses committed to improving their bid win rates. In 2024, Shannon started supporting Custom Software Systems as a business development consultant and enjoyed the corporate culture so much she joined CSS as an employee in 2025.
