As CSS Director of Service Delivery, Mr. Edwards brings 19 years of distinguished leadership experience from ManTech and formerly Kforce Government Solutions (KGS) – where he served as Program Director and Portfolio Manager. He successfully led multiple programs across the Executive, Financial Regulatory, Judiciary, and Legislative branches, serving key federal clients including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Federal Reserve Board (FRB), US Courts, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas Program (HIDTA), and Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC). His expertise spans Enterprise Mission IT, Cybersecurity, and National Security Information Support. Throughout his ManTech tenure, Nigel’s programs consistently earned exceptional CPARS ratings and numerous recognition awards. Nigel holds a Top Secret (TS) clearance and a B.A. in Human Resource Management from the University of South Wales and is committed to driving exceptional service delivery at CSS!
