Having joined CSS in 2015, Alyssa currently leads CSS’ Corporate Governance Program, focusing on the continuous improvement of CSS’ integrated quality, information security and service delivery management capabilities. She previously led several State of Maryland programs for CSS.

Her career reflects leadership, management and consulting accomplishments across business transformation, governance, enterprise information management and enterprise applications development efforts. She has a successful record of tailoring industry, government and corporate standards and best-practices to suit program needs and ensure compliance to industry benchmarks. She is a strong proponent of CSS’ governance and continuous improvement initiatives as a foundation for growth.

Alyssa holds current PMP®, CSM® and CMMI® Associate certifications. She also holds a BS in Computer Science/Information Science from Binghamton University.
