CSS has recently been awarded a new 5-year contract (2 years, with 3 1-year options) with the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration. This is the renewal of an existing contract which will end in December, with the new 5-year contract picking up on December 27, 2024. The contract is to provide MVA, and possibly other agencies such as the Maryland Highway Safety Office (MHSO), with BI dashboards and Data Analytics reports to monitor daily work and functions, measure performance and identify trends (predictive data analytics). John Edwards, Jl Chang, and Jay Ervin currently support the MVA Contract. Congratulations to an amazing team, it’s because of their efforts and performance we were able to secure the new contract.
