A portion of the town of Leesburg, VA was designated a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) in 2013. The HUBZone program helps small businesses in urban and rural communities gain preferential access to federal procurement opportunities. CSS Headquarters lies in the Leesburg HUBZone at 17 Loudoun Street SE Leeburg, VA 20175. In May of 2014 CSS submitted our application paperwork for HUBZone Certification.
